They have a "secret" Korean menu! Get the Jajangmyeon! It's the best Jajangmyeon I've had from anyplace in years!! Absolutely delicious! Beats out Franks noodle Houses version! If you don't know what it is, it's a traditional Chinese/Korean black bean noodle dish! Get it, you won't regret it!

Good Chinese foods, either dine in or take out the service is prompt and attentive. Lots of stir fried dishes, not too greasy. There's vegetables combo with poultry or beef for those who likes eating fresh veggies.

Hey, Portlanders, If you were a fan of Lin's China Jade (near Cedar Hill and Hall) before the owners retired, and have lamented about it past 2 years (like me), lement no further and worry no more about finding a comparable place. It turns out that the most of the former employees moved to a new restaurant that is owned by a couple who worked at the very restaurant, Lin's China Jade, for over a decade, and were trained by the original chef, to take over after the original owners retire!!! That new restaurant is this one, Stir Crazy Kitchen! My daughter in Seattle happened to encounter a review that mentioned a place that was trying to reproduce Lin's China Jade while serving other Chinese food! For this very reason only, we came to test it out. When we walked in, the new owner and we recognized each other from the Lin's days! Obviously, we were pleasantly surprised and instantly became excited with anticipation. We ordered our "usual" items (Jjampong, Tansuyook, and Happy Family). Well, the food tasted very much like the former China Jade's, satisfying our pallettes as before. Even the side dish, kimchi, tasted about the same! A slight difference was the Jjampong. The new version is a bit lighter and cleaner taste while the former was thicker and heavier (a bit spicier also) soup base. It was very good also in its own way. The amount of food, including the ingredients, seemed ample, the way Chinese food should be -- good taste and value. See the photo of Jjampong, which was after partitioning it into three portions. By the way, I really like the large spoon that comes with Jjampong, which helps one take larger amounts of the soup with every spoonful, to enjoy the key portion of such a dish, soup base! AnywY, we shall return when we are back in town...

was looking for a place that has good jajangmyun, and to our surprise, we found out this place is the same as the closed-down China Jade restaurant; had the same "korean" menu and still tastes great. So happy with the tangsooyook and the other food is all pretty good and reasonably priced. Ordered 5 items between two adults and a toddler lol, of course we had leftovers and enjoyed the rest for dinner as well. friendly service as well, will return.

The service here was amazing. Constant water refills, napkins, and food came out promptly. Great staff. I love that they give you tea while you wait. Highly recommend this restaurant for vegetarians. The crispy tofu in sesame sauce (with broccoli and snap peas) is amaaaaazing. Also try the zombie drink if you need a little pick me up ;) Fried spring rolls are so full of yummy veggies, too. Well priced for the quality.
